Private beta

Batch & Bowl ("we", "us", "our") is currently in a private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the service may be interrupted or restarted as we develop it. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including allergy and dietary information — see our Privacy Policy for how we use it) and for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or the infrastructure behind it.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or resell content from the service without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or household.

Nutrition estimates

Calorie, macro, and other nutrition figures shown in Batch & Bowl are planning estimates only, generated from ingredient and recipe data. They are not medical or dietetic advice, are not verified by a registered dietitian, and should not be relied on for managing a medical condition. If you have a medical condition, allergy risk, or specific dietary need, consult a qualified healthcare provider — and note that allergy exclusions in the app are a planning aid, not a substitute for reading ingredient labels yourself.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipes, grocery lists, or nutrition estimates will be complete or accurate.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Storage → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access to the beta at any time, for any reason, including to end the beta itself, with or without notice.

Changes to these terms

Because this is a beta-stage template, these terms may change as the product and its legal review evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when they do.
